This trip is designed for beginners with little or no previous climbing experience who want to enjoy exciting climbing in scenic environments, discover fascinating historical sites, and experience authentic Italian culture.
About the Destination
The base camp for this trip is the charming village of Caposele nestled at the beginning of the Sele Valley, in the undiscovered verdant heart of Campania. Caposele is surrounded by majestic mountains, limestone cliffs, water springs, vineyards, and groves of olive trees, giving a picturesque and peaceful atmosphere. The area is known for its wild and beautiful nature and for the river Sele which from Caposele crosses the valley to the ancient Greek city of Paestum on the Cilento Coast.
